Kitchen knife in very high quality tempered 14C28N laminated stainless steel with a super thin edge and easy to resharpen. The Stamina which constitutes the handle is a very resistant and rot-proof material and the stainless steel which is combined with it makes it a perfect knife for cooking and for use in the dishwasher.
This steel is extremely resistant to corrosion and wear, and is the hardest stainless steel.
The “Office” model, essential in the kitchen, also finds its place on the table.
